How soon will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped from China after manufacturing using China Post. China Post takes approximately 14-21 business days to be delivered notwithstanding any unforeseen delays. Actual delivery times will vary per country, country's customs clearance policy/time and ultimately, your local delivery agent.
Please Note: We do not accept cancellation of orders during the shipping period even when the shipping takes longer than expected. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
With FREE SHIPPING, what shipping method do you use?
Orders of $159.00 USD or more that qualify for FREE SHIPPING are shipped using China Post.
Are there any taxes or custom fees?
Country, State and any local sales taxes may be paid for by you. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full transaction value of the contents of all packages. Local state import duties and taxes are levied by the carrier on behalf of the local customs authority. Custom fees vary across countries based on many different criteria. Shipping to Germany:
Orders to Germany require additional handling time. These orders must first be shipped from our manufacturer to our shipping partner in the USA, then shipped to Germany. Please keep this in mind while placing an order. Thank you.
