How does made to order work?

Made to order items are manufactured in China directly after items are paid for. Once paid for, an order is then manufactured. Manufacturing of apparel orders take 5-7 business days (not including weekends or Chinese holidays). Manufacturing of our Professional Cycling Shoes take 20-30 business days (not including weekends or Chinese holidays). After manufacturing is complete, an order is shipped using China Post. After an order is shipped a tracking number will be provided.

How soon will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped from China after manufacturing using China Post. China Post takes approximately 14-21 business days to be delivered notwithstanding any unforeseen delays.

With FREE SHIPPING, what shipping method do you use?

Orders of $159.00 or more that qualify for FREE SHIPPING are shipped using China Post.

Are there any taxes or custom fees?

Country, State and any local sales taxes may be paid for by you. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full transaction value of the contents of all packages. Local state import duties and taxes are levied by the carrier on behalf of the local customs authority. Custom fees vary across countries based on many different criteria.  Please contact your local tax/tariff/custom agent for a full details on taxes and custom fees.

What your return/exchange policy?

All orders are custom made. As a result returns are not accepted. Please fully double check the entire product description and size chart prior to ordering to ensure a proper fit.

If, in the unfortunate event a manufactured defective item is received, buyer has up 72 hours after order was delivered to contact us to resolve this issue. Detailed images must be provided. A determination will be made whether or not a replacement item will be provided or a store credit will be granted.
