How soon will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped from China after manufacturing using China Post. China Post takes approximately 14-21 business days to be delivered notwithstanding any unforeseen delays. Actual delivery times will vary per country, country's customs clearance policy/time and ultimately, your local postal office.
Please Note: We do not accept cancellation of orders during the shipping period even when the shipping takes longer than expected. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
With FREE SHIPPING, what shipping method do you use?
Orders of $159.00 or more that qualify for FREE SHIPPING are shipped using China Post.
Are there any taxes or custom fees?
