How soon will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped from China, after manufacturing, using China Post. China Post takes approximately 14-21 business days to be delivered notwithstanding any unforeseen delays. Actual delivery times will vary per country, country's customs clearance policy/time and ultimately, your local delivery agent.
Please Note: We do not accept cancellation of orders during the shipping period even when the shipping takes longer than expected. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
With FREE SHIPPING, what shipping method do you use?
Orders of $159.00 USD or more that qualify for FREE SHIPPING are shipped using China Post.
Are there any taxes or custom fees?
Country, State and any local sales taxes may be paid for by you. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full transaction value of the contents of all packages. Local state import duties and taxes are levied by the carrier on behalf of the local customs authority. Custom fees vary across countries based on many different criteria. Please contact your local tax/tariff/custom agent for a full details on taxes and custom fees.

Our products are shipped to the following countries/regions: United States (Excluding Puerto Rico and other US territories), China, Hong Kong SAR, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Kazakhstan, Macao SAR, Malaysia, Maldives, Philippines, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Albania, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, *Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Cameroon, Egypt, Nigeria, South Africa, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Mexico.
Shipping to Germany:
Orders to Germany require additional handling time. These orders must first be shipped from our manufacturer to our shipping partner in the USA, then shipped to Germany. Please keep this in mind while placing an order. Thank you.
PLEASE NOTE:
Orders placed to a country that is not listed will first be shipped via China Post to our shipping partner in New York, USA. The order will then be rerouted from shipping partner to address from the order. An updated tracking number will be provided once shipped from the shipping partner. Please allow an additional 14-21 business days for orders placed to countries not listed.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders are custom made to order, made just for you. We do our best to get the order process started as soon as possible to get your items to you without any unforeseen delays. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 4 hours after payment. After 4 hours have passed your order will be in the manufacturing stage and a cancellation will not be possible.
What is your return/exchange policy?
All orders are custom made to order, made just for you. As a result, returns are not accepted. In lieu of an exchange, a one time use 50% off code will be generated upon your request. Please fully double check the entire product description and size chart prior to ordering to ensure item(s) fit as desired. If you have any further fitment questions, please send us a message before placing an order.
Shoes and socks cannot be exchanged or returned.
What if the item is defective?
If in the very unfortunate event a manufactured defective item is received, buyer has up 48 hours after order has been delivered by courier to contact us to resolve this issue. Detailed images must be provided. A determination will be made whether or not a replacement item will be provided or a store credit will be granted. Thank you.
