Order cancellation

All orders are custom made to order and we do our best to get the order process started as soon as possible to get your items to you without delay. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours after payment. After 12 hours have passed your order will be in the manufacturing stage and a cancellation will not be possible.

What your return/exchange policy?

All orders are custom made to order. As a result returns are not accepted. Please fully double check the entire product description and size chart prior to ordering to ensure proper fit of items.

If in the unfortunate event a manufactured defective item is received, buyer has up 72 hours after order has been delivered to contact us to resolve this issue. Detailed images must be provided. A determination will be made whether or not a replacement item will be provided or a store credit will be granted.
